Step 1 – Availability. Confirmation. All purchases are subject to unit availability at the time of reservation.
Step 2 – Reservation Deposit. A reservation requires a payment of €2,500 and is valid for a maximum of 48 hours.
Step 3 – First Installment 20% of the purchase price is payable upon reservation confirmation.
Step 4 – Second Installment. An additional 20% is payable 6 months after the reservation date.
Step 5 – Final Payment. The remaining 60% is payable at the time of the final deed (Escritura).
