upon completion of interior and exterior walls, plaster, windows and facade: September 2025.

full finishing works, full engineering infrastructure, upon transfer of ownership: August 2026.
Additional expenses
Maintenance fee: 65 THB / m2 / month: advance payment
Renovation fund: 500 THB / m2: payable once on the day of transfer of ownership
Furniture: 13,000 THB / m2 for full package
Freehold *on request (Form of ownership) : 10,000 THB / m2
Leasehold registration (standard form of ownership for the country ) : Leasehold registration fee of approximately 1.1%: payable every 30 years
Freehold registration *on request (Form of ownership): Freehold registration fee of approx. 6.3%: payable once on the day of transfer of ownership by the developer and purchaser in equal 50/50 shares
Water and electricity meter : THB 15,000: deposit for 2 water meters and 1 electricity meter and installation fees.
